Shooting Price
Generally, we charge by product. Each product will have a certain number of photos shot and edited. Additional photos will be charged by shot.
The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases.
Our rates decrease with a large order because it’s more efficient for us to shoot one large project than to shoot several smaller projects. Therefore, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.
To shoot 10 pictures for one product cost virtually the same as to shoot 1 or 2 pictures because the preparation work and shooting time has not been reduced. Therefore, it is generally charged by the product you select.
In general, Chinese models are paid by pieces, minimum 20 pieces. Foreign models are paid by hours, minimum 2 hours. Make-up artists are paid by hour or by modeling. The price varies accordingly. If customer provide model and make-up artist, there will be no cost in this respect. Please contact us for details.
Shooting Location
You don’t need to be in Guangzhou, not even in China. We have more than half of the clients are abroad! As a professional photography company, we have the facility to make working from a distance easy and comfort no matter your location. So don’t hesitate to contact us about your project if you aren’t nearby.
You can send by express the products to us before shooting and we will send them back after the shooting finished. The round-trip costs are borne by the client.
We have been providing our customers with location shooting service for a very long time, with a fully portable, mini pack-shot studio, which can be operated in your offices or warehouse if your products can’t be transported to us , due to size, quantity or insurance policy cost. This portable pack-shot photography studio is available in Guangzhou and throughout China, the ideal choice for many retailers.
In addition to shoot in Free Eye studio, large number of retailers needs us to set up and manage house product photography. We can source and provide the equipment needed, hire product photographers and other staff to take effective pack-shots, take care of studio management and data management at a low cost. Your business will benefit greatly from its own in-house product photography studio.

Shooting Cycle
Our standard turn-around time is 5 business days or less from the time we receive the product & the order is placed. We have a rush turn-around time which is 3 business days or less from the time we receive the product with an additional cost +20RMB per photograph. If your project involves a large number of photos we can deliver in batches. For the reason beyond our control such as inclement weather while outdoor shooting, this may add to the production time. During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly. So please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
The monitors, on which we edit the images, are professionally color corrected. The pictures provided restore the true color as much as possible. But due to the different setting up of different monitors, visual color difference is unavoidable.
If we’ve made any of the following mistakes we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. (1) Photos not been shot according to your clear demand. (2) Photos with obvious defects: such as blur, overexposure (3) Common-sense error in product arrangement. (4) Significant differences between our shooting style and your desired style.
Attention! We do not accept re-shot demands due to personal subjectivity, such as, "I do not feel alike", "I do not feel the high-class" "I do not feel fashionable" "I do not like it" etc.
